Healthcare at Home
We provide patients with a range of innovative clinical services in the comfort of their own home and offer them, and their careers, an extensive support network.
From the starting point of “the patient comes first”, we constantly challenge accepted norms by adopting new technologies and innovative ways of thinking to develop the service. While the direction the company has taken has been bold and pioneering, we have always been guided by simple logic - because our goal is so clearly defined.
Every member of our team, from specialist nurses to drivers, shares our patient focus, and is dedicated to delivering the best possible care. We know that if we are not at the end of a phone 24 hours a day or don’t deliver medication on time the patient will suffer. We strive to ensure this never happens.
But we do not operate in isolation. We engage with the broader team comprising families, community service providers, GPs, hospital staff, local charities and others. The patient is at the heart of this team, but we don’t see them as mere passive recipients; they are integral to the team and take responsibility for their treatment.
We are here to empower our patients, to give them confidence and imbue them with positivity to make their treatment a success.
